Have I told you that 'you are the best?' I guess many agents would have dropped me after three contracts or three months. However, you stuck by me during my frequent periods of indecisiveness and discomforts. I still can't believe after nearly a year of searching and many disparaging nights when losing out to 8 different contract offers, you found me a place beyond my dreams and expectations. Thanks for your sound advice, witty humor and continuing to encourage me throughout the entire process. Didn't want to inundate you with another call
(so I'm clogging your e-mail instead). Now that things are pretty much over
for us (Michael can sleep again and I can stop de-fusing his wires), we
were talking this morning about how happy we have been with you on our side.
We made a great choice in you, and you've done perfectly by us, and we want

I have interacted with several realtors over the years and working with Bryce was by far the best experience. Underneath that rather casual exterior, Bryce Rowland is smart, hard-working and patient. He knows the DC market well and was always willing to hear my needs and constraints. Bryce is also funny and, perhaps most importantly, a really decent, caring human being. I would absolutely work with Bryce again, a fact which I no doubt thrills him greatly!
