Personal Background
I arrived in Washington, DC just over 11 years ago. I had been teaching SCUBA with my brother on a boat in the Florida Keys and decided it was time for a change. Of course, that first winter was an adjustment, but I quickly realized I loved this city and its easy access to the ocean, mountains, Shenandoah Valley, and all of the included activities. I have an avid interest in camping, hiking and most other outdoor activities.
I feel the DC metro area offers a wide range of living and social opportunities not available in most other parts of the country. When looking for the perfect home around DC, clients can choose any type of living that meets their lifestyles. From condo, to CO-OP, row house, detached, single family, multiunit, planned community, suburban, urban, farmland, waterfront, and more all within a stone's throw of the city. My perfect places is "The Hill" since it feels like a town inside the big city! See, something for everyone!

Because buying and/or selling property can be very stressful, I work diligently to keep my clients comfortable and informed so that they can make the best decisions possible regarding their transaction.

I have consistently been Top Producer for my seven years in real estate. During 2004, when I was partnered with another agent, we were the top two person team for Coldwell baker Residential Brokerage in number of sales in 2004 for DC, Virginia and Maryland region.
I represent buyers, sellers, first timers, seasoned veteran, investors ground-up builders, large construction efforts, bank sale, estate sales and the list goes on.
One of my proudest achievement has been the consultation, marketing, and sales of condo conversion of a large abandoned old school in NE DC called Lovejoy. A total of 54 units, we participated in the renovation of this historic property from a neglected shell in to a vibrant, thriving, living community, while keeping its historic flavor intact and benefiting the surrounding neighborhood.
